Stayed here for a week. Would return. Rooms were sufficient. This is not a Holiday Inn or Marriott but the price reflects it and it is fine. Breakfast each morning is simple yet pleasing. Rooms were well cleaned. Easy to locate and within walking distance of many different businesses, bus routes and parks. Felt safe and never had a complaint. Would return the next time we are in Peru.
The rooms were abysmal, the hotel staff was okay. There weren't any amenities like soap or shampoo. It did not feel clean and had an interesting smell to it.
Fantastic hotel. Location is perfect - 5 minutes walk to Kennedy park, 7 minutes walk to main tourist markets, 20 minutes walk to larcomar. Air-conditioning worked perfect. We had dinner once at restaurant and it was very good. Staff is absolutely fantastic. So helpful. Breakfast is really good. Fresh squeezed juice is there everyday. We would definitely return if in Lima. And pisco sour 2 for 25 soles was the best I tried in Peru. Truly.
This hotel is central to everything, clean, and the staff is very friendly. It is on the older side and the lighting in our room was fluorescent which wasn’t so pleasant. The parking is secure and the garage is neat but it is no easy task getting in and out, very tight. Nice breakfast very simple, and 2 elevators that are modern. Did not try the restaurant. It’s very easy to walk around the city from its location and the staff are very helpful. The reason for 4-stars: the shower. It will be difficult to get the temperature regulated. Then while showering it will randomly at times become absolutely scolding hot, it’s dangerous and happened to all 3 of us more than once. the shower is quite small with no bathroom ventilation so it overheats quickly and you cannot move out from the hot water without shutting down the shower when it randomly changes temperatures. I would stay again but be cautious in the shower.
This hotel Faraona Grand is a very high class, hotel also located at very prime location, it's rooms, and service are too good, as i see this is a luxury hotel, staf member and management are to professional and highly maintained, i had a wonderful stay here, and enjoy every moment here of my vacation, and food facility is very hygienic, and well maintained, including drinks also, it is totally value of money, Thank you.🙂
Amazing location nestled on the middle of the city with good restaurants and bars nearby. The drive to and fro is also advantageous. There are occasionally amazing rebates on the rooms which make it extremely affordable for its reported standing. The breakfast is a simple affair, with payable extras. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and the airport transfer is a useful option to ask of them
